Another promising direction has been developing at Infopulse since July 2008 – Infopulse Training Centre. Nothing but sustained enthusiasm and the desire to share their skills and knowledge with their colleagues were the values cemented into the basis of the first trainings.
Main functions of the Training Centre:
- Internal trainings preparation and conducting for company’s employees involving both internal and external coaches;
- Holding integrated testing of the students enrolled in training courses and company’s employees;
- Teaching external students at Zhytomyr Branch Office with the purpose of their professional development and spotting best candidates for prospective employment;
- Holding presentations and seminars in technology;
- Development and improvement of integral curricula in several basic disciplines, which currently are as follows: Windows Server 2003 Administration, Networking, Unix Basics (Linux), Sun Solaris Administration, DB Oracle Administration, etc.
- Upgrade the teaching skills level of company’s employees-coaches.
