Managers of all levels have to understand employees’ needs, respect their dignity and avoid doing remotional remarks of his/her acts.
Employees have to plan their work, coordinate plans and activities and co-operate with colleagues within the project and the company.
Success of every employee is determined also by his/her ability to analyse the situation and readiness to positive changes.
In all working situations every employee should act devotedly and honestly regarding the company. In case it is impossible to get instructions in a specific question, it is desirable to act in the interests of the company.
Company makes a contract with every new employee for 1 year’s term which may be prolonged. A probation period (no longer than 3 months) is established for all new employees. Quite often it can be reduced to 2 or even1 month, depending on working results. During the probation period there is no limitation or difference distinguishing a new employee from those, who already work with us for a long time.
At the heart of Infopulse Ukraine success is concerted and joint efforts of all employees without exception. Our company can’t accept individualism, absence of mutual support, inconsiderate attitude to each other, and provocation of conflicts among the staff.

At the end of probation period and then regularly (every 6 months) we provide employee’s Performance Appraisal. According to formal procedure performance is evaluated by employee’s direct Manager / Project Manager / Project Customer. According to the results the decision to change employees’ project role/position, job tasks, functions, changing the compensation range, etc. can be made.
Working time / week
In the company was asset the standard work week (5 days + weekend). Work day beginning, end and lunch time depend on the project peculiarities, but work day could not be longer than 8 hours.
Vacations
Infopulse Ukraine offers all our employees 24 calendar days’ vacation. Project managers chart vacation schedule at the beginning of the year according to employee’s wishes and then correct it every half a year. Vacations schedule for every project is set according to the project’s needs and for employees’ rest convenience. The first vacation can be taken after 6 working months (according to Ukrainian vacations law). Vacations can be offered earlier on manager’s request. It is possible to divide vacation into parts; on condition that the main part is not less than 14 calendar days.
For some reasons (like family circumstances etc.) employee can take vacation without salary retention for a period, agreed between an employee and managers.
We offer paid child rearing leave for parents according to Ukrainian labour legislation. For our mommies we offer paid vacations for child care, according to Ukrainian labour legislation.
The company also gives 5 days a year for a sick leave without a sick list to every employee.

Infopulse Ukraine is certified in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard. Your activity in the company has to be agreed with all ratified processes. We likes holidays!
In the latter half of September, usually on Saturday or Sunday, we celebrate Company’s Birthday.
Traditionally, a holiday lasts all day long in active competitions out of town.
Other traditional holidays such as New Year, Men’s Day (February 23rd ), Women’s Day (March 8th) we celebrate together. In May-June we go out of town for a picnic.
We congratulate each other on professional holidays and give corporate presents.
Naturally, every project has its own traditions and holidays (or just different project team events without specific occasion).
