Please, take into consideration that All INFOPULSE positions are available in Kiev office; therefore all the candidates should be able to complete a selection procedure only by their presence in Kiev. We cannot provide selection based on phone interviews or e-mail / ICQ messages or Skype communication.
The selection procedure includes several steps; subsequent steps could be completed in a day, or either of steps will take place some days later. For candidates that are non-Kievers, all the selection procedure steps could be completed during the day of their visit to Kiev.

The selection procedure includes several steps; subsequent steps could be completed in a day or either of steps will take place some days later.
Step 1
Your resume analysis
On receiving your resume a Confirmation letter will be sent to you. Then Infopulse Ukraine authorized employees (Project Managers, Team Leads and/or Tech Experts) analyse you resume and samples of source codes (if were asked for some positions) in 3-5 days. If your skills and experience suit position requirements, you have the opportunity to continue our selection procedure. Otherwise, if you were not contacted in 5 days after Confirmation letter receiving, your resume and the other materials will be placed in our applicants’ database and in case of opening any proper vacancy you will be informed accordingly.
If we need more information regarding your skills and/or experience or for clearing some details our HR Manager could contact you for short phone interview. Please, note that it is important to indicate your contact phone number in your resume.
As a result of successful completion this step you could be invited for Initial interview (by phone or by e-mail).
Step 2
Initial interview with HR Manager
Initial interview could be completed only by your presence in our Kiev office; date and time of the interview HR Manager agrees with you previously by phone or by e-mail. You will be requested to:
• Clarify some points of your previous job experience
• Detect your Personal Profile
• Clarify some points of your professional likes and dislikes
• Complete English skills test (oral mainly; written for some positions)
You may present any additional info that is concerned to your professional achievements:
• Provide references (both - written and oral)
• Provide Certificates that confirm your professional level (Brainbench, MS, Oracle, Sun, Novell etc.)
Duration: 1 – 1.5 hours.
As a result of successful completion this step you could be invited for Professional interview (by phone or by e-mail); otherwise you will be sent a Letter of refuse.
Step 3
Professional interview with Infopulse Ukraine experts
Professional interview could be completed only by your presence in our Kiev office; date and time of the interview HR Manager agrees with you previously by phone or by e-mail. You will be requested to:
• Complete writing professional skills evaluation test (for some positions)
• Answer orally a list of questions to determine your current professional level
Duration: 1 - 1.5 hours.
As a result of successful completion this step you could be invited for Professional interview (by phone or by e-mail); otherwise you will be sent a Letter of refuse.
Step 4
Final interview with Infopulse Ukraine Executives
Final interview could be completed only by your presence in our Kiev office; date and time of the interview HR Manager agrees with you previously by phone or by e-mail. You will be requested to:
• Clarify some more details according to your selection process summary
• Discuss job details and work conditions
Duration: 0.5 – 1 hour.
